Broadcast, Media & Cultural Innovation Across Two Decades

Broadcasters and production houses rely on innovative solutions to deliver world-class content. Over the years, I’ve contributed to diverse initiatives—from broadcast facilities at EMPC to advanced post-production environments. I’ve also supported film restoration and cultural preservation efforts, safeguarding our regional cinematic heritage.

Studio Integration & Broadcast Facilities

Clients: Al Hayah TV, Al Kahera Wal Nas, CBC, MBC, Rotana, and multiple EMPC studios.

Delivering broadcast innovation in the Middle East through the design and integration of cutting-edge studios and control rooms. These facilities have hosted some of the Arab world’s most iconic entertainment formats — including Who Wants to Be a Millionaire and Deal or No Deal. Featuring world-class acoustics, isolation, lighting, and multi-camera production systems, they empowered broadcasters to deliver programs with unmatched quality.

Impact: Elevated production standards across the region, positioning EMPC and partner broadcasters as hubs for international-caliber entertainment.

Preservation & Restoration

Client: The State Information Service, Egyptian National Film Archive / Ministry of Culture, and individual film rights holders

Founded and led the Cinematic Restoration Center (CRC), a premier initiative dedicated to preserving Egypt’s and the Arab world’s cinematic heritage. Using advanced digital restoration workflows, we revived classic films and safeguarded their legacy for future generations. Our restored works have been proudly showcased on the international stage, including the Cairo International Film Festival and the Red Sea International Film Festival, highlighting the cultural impact of Egypt’s cinematic treasures.

Impact: Positioned the CRC as a guardian of cultural memory, protecting priceless audiovisual heritage through technology-driven restoration.

Post-Production Modernization

Clients: Leading independent production houses and film companies.

Guided the transformation of editing, color grading, VFX, and sound mixing suites into modern creative hubs. Built collaborative workflows that enabled production teams to handle feature films, drama series, and entertainment programming with cinematic quality.

Impact: Empowered production houses to shorten turnaround times, attract larger projects, and deliver content that met international broadcast and cinema standards.

24/7 Operations & Workflow Optimization

Client: Egyptian Media Production City (EMPC).

Directed the round-the-clock operation of 90+ studios and soundstages, delivering live and non-broadcast content at scale. Streamlined workflows and introduced predictive maintenance systems to achieve 99.9% uptime in a high-pressure environment.

Impact: Increased operational efficiency by 35%, reduced costs by 20%, and reinforced EMPC’s position as the beating heart of Egypt’s media industry.

Entertainment & Cultural Programming Support

Partnered with broadcasters and cultural institutions to enable high-profile entertainment shows, talk shows, and documentary productions. Developed facilities capable of adapting to different entertainment models, from large-scale quiz shows to intimate cultural programs.

Impact: Strengthened the region’s ability to produce content that entertains, educates, and preserves cultural identity.
